HOUSTON, March 8 (Reuters) - Delek U.S. Holdings reported a sulfur recovery unit shutdown on Sunday at its 60,000 barrel per day (bpd) Tyler, Texas, refinery, according to a notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
